Northstate Earth and Water Inc., is a general engineering contractor specializing in a wide variety of civil and environmental construction services.  We are based in the Northern California area serving the region's quality conscious consultants, state/federal agencies, commercial and undustrial businesses.  A majority of our work is enviornmentally related. 

 

Our mission is to provide our clients with quality results.  Your project, big or small is important to us.  Our employees are trained in confined space entry and are 40-Hour Hazmat trained.
